I installed the "nRF Coud Connect" iOS app. After launching the app and sign in with DevZone, I get a message "No tenant for user". Please advise what that message means and how to get past this message, so I can use the app.

Yes, I can sign in to https://nrfcloud.com on my PC,but not with the App on my iPhone (running iOS 13 beta). Is there a setup required? Thanks, Vince

According to the developer, this usually happens because you've signed up using your Devzone credentials on the web site and then signed in using DevZone on the gateway.
The easiest solution: don't use sign in with Devzone and just use the same username and password on both the website and the gateway app.
