Error when run WEST UPDATE 19.08

Hi, 

I get the problem when I tried to download ncs 

west update
WARNING: Can't set ZEPHYR_BASE: parsing of manifest file failed during command update : no "manifest.path" config option is set
FATAL ERROR: can't run west update; it requires the manifest, which was not available. Try "west manifest --validate" to debug.

west manifest --validate
WARNING: Can't set ZEPHYR_BASE: parsing of manifest file failed during command manifest : no "manifest.path" config option is set
FATAL ERROR: can't load west manifest: no "manifest.path" config option is set

How can I fix it. Thanks

Which version of WEST are you running and on what operating system?

Did you get any errors running "west init"?

No, Carl Richard, It was normal with west init 

 west init -m https://github.com/NordicPlayground/fw-nrfconnect-nrf

West already initialized. Aborting.

Could you run 

west config zephyr.base

inside your ncs folder and provide the output?

Okay. Could you then try to run "west config manifest.path"?

Can you check what your path is set to in your config file for west? It is located in \ncs\.west
