SDK and nrf-pc-ble-driver support for S113 v7.0.0

Hello, 

we are using the Nordic nRF52832, and I was hoping to update to the new SoftDevice S113 v7.0.0 as it seems like a better fit for our use cases than S132.

However, I cannot find any information on whether or not the current nRF5 SDK, v15.3, is compatible with this SoftDevice or not, or to which extent.

Furthermore, for testing we heavily rely on the nrf-pc-ble-driver (C++), and would like to use the same SoftDevice there. Can you share any plans for updating the SDK or the nrf-pc-ble-driver?

    Hello, 

    No, the current SDK v15.3 does not support SoftDevice S113 v7.0.0. Please read the release notes and migration document included in the S113 download package found here. Until a newer version of the SDK is released, you will have to port some of the code to work with SDK v15. Please note that S113 v7.0.0 will be replaced by v7.0.1 within a week or two. This update includes no API updates, only qualification validity.  

    Regarding future plans for SDK or the nrf-pc-ble-driver, I suggest contacting your RSM. If you do not have contact information to your RSM, please send a PM and I will provide.
