Are you talking about the size of the Application?

This depends on what the Application contains.

All applications uses a version of the SoftDevice.

nRF52840 uses SoftDevice s140.

nRF52832 uses SoftDevice s132.

You can see the size of the Softdevies below:

So the amount of memory you use is equal to the size of the Application + the size of the SoftDevice you use.
