TX Power of connection partner ("Central")

I have a question about TX Power.

SDK: 15.3.0
Example: ble_app_multirole_lesc
Device: EYSHJNZWZ (nRF52832)

The device operates as a “Peripheral”.
Is there a way to know the TX Power of connection partner ("Central") when the device is connected to "Central"?
If possible, please tell me how.

If a receiver is going to know the transmitters' TX power, this information has to be put in the payload when the transmitter sends advertising packets.

How do I put TX Power into the payload when the transmitter sends an advertisement packet?
Also, how can I know the TX Power of the transmitter at the receiver?
