does it means all versions of S130, or only S130 v2.0.0 affected?

Good question, but there is a line feed there. So in essence it says all variants of the nRF51-series (S110, S120 and S130) that have implemented GATT client may be affected.

For the nRF52-series only S132v2.0.0 may be affected.
