How can I set Brown Out Detection on nrf9160?

Dear All,

I am trying to enable brown out detection to my NRF9160. From what I see in the data-sheet there is a register that you can set the brownout threshold, but there is not much information on how this is done or how does it work exactly, so I would like to ask if anyone knows how to do that step by step. Also, I was unable to find anything about it in the rest of the documentation or it slipped my attention.

Brown-out is enabled by default, and you cannot configure it. You can read more about the specifications and behavior here:

Thank you for the quick response. But isn't there a way to at least set the brown out voltage?

The brown out detection is set in hardware, and cannot be adjusted.

When the device is operating within the recommended operating conditions, the BOR shall work as specified in the el.specs listed in my former answer (V_BOR)
