Referred Memory Range 'IRAM2' is undefined

Hi all!

I just tried to compile the DFU example from the nRF51_SDK_7.1.0_372d17a and I keep getting the building error:

Referred Memory Range 'IRAM2' is undefined

I searched for this in the all the project files and it does not exist. Does anyone had this problem? How can I fix it?

Hi,The project should compile with its default configuration, and Keil should automatically generate a section for the noinit section in IRAM2. You aren't using a custom scatter file by any chance? Please check that your target settings corresponds to the settings below.

With this settings it compiled correctly! Maybe when migrating the project from Keil 4 to 5 it lost the parameters...

Am I right to configure IRAM for nRF51822QFAA, the following? IRAM1: 0x20002000 0x3F80 IRAM2: 0x20005F80 0x80

Or I did totally wrong?
