is there a Quick Guide to get the Dev Board connected to the cellular network? (I am not interested in the BT stuff).

Hello Tom,

Yes, there are. The Getting Started with nRF9160 DK is a good place to start, furthermore, I recommend reading the nRF Connect SDK Tutorial.
