RAM Endurance test

Hello,

I was wondering if you can provide me test protocol and results of a RAM Memory endurance testing conducted on nRF52810 MCU.

normally is something related to Flash. But I´m interested in testing  errors like stuck bit  or other possible failures. This to avoid ram-test at boot.

Such things with internal RAM inside the chip are unlikely - and if you are getting such failures, you likely have bigger issues!
