NRF52840 SPIM3 Causing Power consumption of 450uA even after a data transfer is complete and is unintialized.

Hello,

We have a bit of a problem out here while using SPIM3 for Data transfers. After a Data transfer is initiated through direct register read, or EASYDMA and data is successfully acquired, there is a unexplained power consumption of around 450uA even after a proper power off sequence and de-initialization is done. The other instances SPIM1, SPIM2 works fine which shares the same APIs following common sequences. Due to this battery is draining out and is considered to be a serious problem. Read that there are already existing problems for SPIM3 which causes data corruption and ANOMALY_198 has been developed. Should we relate both the issues ?. Please comment.

SDK15.0 and FREERTOS being used.

Aswin Mathew
