nRF52832 mesh error "PACKET_BUFFER_MEM_STATE_POPPED"

Hi 

I am developing the mesh network based on the light server example and also integrated the flash manager to save the custom app configuration. 

If just running the mesh part, its working. Its sometimes hang when I write data to flash. The error is "PACKET_BUFFER_MEM_STATE_POPPED"

The stack flow is scanner_packet_process_cb() -> scanner_rx() -> packet_buffer_pop

Could you give advise what's this error related to? flash manager or mesh stack?

I am using mesh sdk 3.1.0
