How to change signed value to unsigned value in the nRFTool box?

hello, I'm develop use nRF52 SDK15.3 template  to measure water press, and gyro value. 

but in nrftoolbox app just show signed value, so i want to show signed value.

please help me how to show signed value?

Your end-user app will take care of formatting & displaying stuff to your users ...
