What RSSI(Signal strength) indicate in health client Model in BLE Mesh of NRF52832

Is rssi of health client model is rssi of server to client.

What RSSI mean if server is not directly in range of client.

My understanding is that you are looking at the rssi inside nrf_mesh_rx_metadata_scanner_t ? 

If it's the case, it's the rssi of the closest relay. So it may not related to the signal strength from the server.
