Information about junction to ambient thermal resistance of the MCU is required for calculating the power dissipation.

Hi, thansk for the information. 

I am not able to understand your use-case unfortunately. If you could elaborate on your application, and why you need this information. The device current when these pins are driven also depends on strength and load. 

Coud you also specify what you mean by "current consumption for each of the pins"?.

Additionally, was the ticket I linked to sufficient for your thermal resistance question?
