cmake error

Hi,

In segger, while building i am getting an error as given below. I have downgraded the west and still getting the error.

Can you check: SES -> Tools -> nRF Connect : 

You need to declare: ToolChain and Zephyr Base

Thanks for your help. Without ticking "clean build" i am able to build.
