GPIO set as output high or low, affect on power_management

If I go into a power save management, can still set any digital GPIO as an output without consuming current.

Push-pull?

For example I connect the GPIO to the Gate-Mosfet and want it to keep it close or open with out losses (neglecting  leakage).

are the any losses or current consumption on that GPIO set output and set high?

are the any losses or current consumption on that GPIO set output and set low?

The GPIO registers are retained in system OFF and after wakeup from system OFF mode. There will be no internal leakage. The GPIO output levels will be retained in system OFF mode.
