Bluetooth sniffer

I'd like to sniff the BT packets between a remote control and a bed (which is controlled through BT4.2), in order to control the bed through an android application.

Can I do it through nRF51-DK?

Yes. Provided the communication is BLE and not BT classic, then you can use the nRF51 DK with nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE.
