How can I update/change my eddystone packet data like value of RFU in air(don't have to change the value in the code and download it again)

Hi,

Did you try to modify the Eddystone-TLM frame? TLM frames are updated periodically in this example (battery voltage, temperature, adv. count, and time) and the implementation is in es_tlm.c.
