Does Nordic provide nRF9160 APP to write eSIM?

Hello:

I have questions about eSIM card.

As we know, GSMA standard eSIM card is an empty chip, we can use eSIM card after ISP information is installed into eSIM card.

My question is: Does Nordic provide a APP to write ISP information into eSIM card?

If Nordic don't need to provide APP to write ISP information to eSIM card, please tell me how the eSIM card get ISP information?

I didn't use eSIM card. So I don't know how the eSIM card get ISP information and how to write ISP information into eSIM card.

Here is my imagination:

eSIM card is not empty.

There are all data needed on every eSIM chip, only a activation step needed to use the eSIM card.

You can't access the network without this activation step. 

Please give me a definitely reply: Does nordic provide a app(or API) to write ISP information into eSIM card?
