DFU with iOS app, Error: Enabling indications failed

SDK 15.2.0

Project : ble_app_buttonless_dfu

App:  nRF Toolbox on iOS ( DFU Library version 4.5.1, v4.5.1)/ on Android ( DFU Library 1.9.0, v2.7.3)

sd_s132_bootloader_buttonless_with_setting_page_dfu_secure_ble_debug_without_bonds.hex and ble_app_buttonless_dfu_without_bonds_s132.zip are from nRF5_SDK_15.2.0_9412b96\examples\dfu\secure_dfu_test_images\ble\nrf52832

I programed sd_s132_bootloader_buttonless_with_setting_page_dfu_secure_ble_debug_without_bonds.hex into NRF52( pca10040) and see advertisiing Nordic_Buttonless.

When I try to FOTA ble_app_buttonless_dfu_without_bonds_s132.zip on iOS, the nRF Tool-->DFU, it shows

Connecting and Error: Enabling indications failed.

Where did I do wrong ?

I tried on android it wroks fine.

i found in iOS, after program a new firmware with new service, Do turn the bluetooth off and on. Then the new service will discovery property. And it won't happened again {Error: Enabling indications failed.}.
