The NRF52840 power consumption is too high after connect the JLINK adapter

I am using the chip NRF52840 ,the board is powed by a battery,  and  I program the firmware  by using the JLINK,then I unplug the JLINK  and waiting the system  to go into sleep mode, I found the power current is also about 1.4mA even if a hardware reset operation.then I reconnect the battery and waiting the system to go into sleep,the power current is about 8uA at this time .It is very strange. I want to  known the consumption is so high when I have conncted the jlink and unpluged  it ,Is the system enter into the debug mode ?And how to exit debug mode? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply! But I use the JLINK COMMAND,  how to exit the DEBUG mode correctly when JLINK COMMAND connected to the target board

According to the help, maybe:

"qc         Close JLink connection and quit"
