Hello,
I am looking at the nRF51822 and was wondering if I have the input buffer disconnected, is there a difference in current consumption for that pin if it is not connected vs. connected to ground?

Akash

Hi Akash,
"input buffer disconnected" is the default configuration for all pins after reset. If you leave some pins floating with default configuration, there will be no difference in power consumption. But there is a good practice to ground unused pins to improve ESD protection.
