Why is GPS sensitivity so bad on nRF9160?

According to this thread, GPS sensitivity of Thingy:91 does not seem to be good while I haven't tested this yet.

Not only Thingy91 but also nRF9160 DK board has bad GPS sensitivity as long as I tested. It takes a long time to fix GPS, e.g. 2 min~ 10 min in near a window. When I used GPS function of HL8548G(Sierra, 3G+GPS module) in the same environment, it took less than 60 sec to fix with cold start.

This nRF9160 Product Specification describes cold start fix time is 35sec in typical. This is way shorter than my nRF9160 DK's GPS fix time.

Why does it take so long time?

Is this due to a mistake in impedance matching of antenna, firmware issue, or hardware issue inside of nRF9160?

If it's caused by hardware issue, I guess we need to wait for a long time until it's fixed.... I hope it isn't.

Thank you in advance.
