nRF9160 Hardware exception/polling in secure partition

Hello Nordic Support,

I am using nRF9160-DK with the latest module firmware: 1.0.1, board version 0.8.3

I followed the instruction and it only works for tag v0.4.0, I used to ask a question about this issue.

For tag v1.0.0, if I follow the instruction, I will receive an error like below, but if I load the spm with nrf9160_pca10090 then load the zenphyr.hex file of my application with the nrf9160_pca10090ns, it works. For the master, it always keeps looping in the secure partition when I do this, this also happens for tag v1.0.0 but sometimes.

Do you have any idea what is wrong with my configuration or my module? Or may be I did something wrong?

Have you updated the modem to the latest version (v1.0.1 at this time)?

I am very sorry for missing this.

Do you have an older SES installed? You can download the latest from the link in nRF getting started app in nRF connect for desktop.

You should be able to download the "merged.hex" from SES:

 

Could you check if you're on the latest SES Nordic Edition (v4.20), and see if you are able to program the "merged.hex"?

I updated to 4.20a and it works for 1 of my computer...while the other does not...
