Want to pair nrf52840 with laptop and mobile application

Hi There,

I want to pair my nRF52840 BLE module with a laptop over the bluetooth, while, I cant able to connect it. Now il will explain the whole scenario.

I have downloaded the Ble_app_uart application code in the BLE module. I am using nRF52840 module. I can able to connect with the BLE module with nrfBle terminal and can exchange the data between both BLE dongle and mobile. Now I want to connect the BLE nrf52840 with the laptop. Whenever I want to connect it to the laptop its gives the message that " adding this device failed because of authentication Error add correct authentication code". But the laptop is not asking for the pairing code or anything else. 

Now suggest how I can connect to the nRF52840 device with regular Bluetooth terminal, which settings i need to do in the application to make it work. 

Can anyone share the example code or procedure for the same?

I don't expect Windows 10 have any native support for the proprietary ble app uart application, have you tried to use:
