Can we use the nrf52840dk to flash components on the thingy 91, please ?

And what is the configuration to use ?

Hello, 

Using the nRF52840 DK, you can program the board controller (nRF52840) on the Thingy:91. Make sure to set the SWD Select to nRF52. It is not possible to flash the nRF9160 using a nRF52840 DK, as the onboard debugger is not correct.

Ok, if i can flash the nrf91 app by ota, its sufficient.

Yes, it is possible to do FOTA. Have a look at the AWS FOTA Sample and the HTTP application update.
