Connecting problem nRF9160 DK

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are currently trying to connect two nRF91 to the NRF Cloud service. We were able to activate the SIM card connected to the board, however, we were facing some issues.

We followed the tutorial available on nrfcloud.com but when the board is connected to the laptop, only LED 3 blinks, whereas both LED 3 and 4 should be blinking according to the tutorial.

Will you please advise on this. Please feel free to give me call if you need more details ([phone]).

Edit: What is your location? Please make sure that your iBasis does work with the local oprators, or change the SIM card to something that is supported.

Which tutorial did you follow? Can you please provide a link? We recommend starting with the following:

• Getting Started Assistant available via nRF Connect for Desktop
• Getting Started with nRF9160 DK
• nRF Connect SDK Tutorial
• nRF Connect SDK Tutorial - Part 2

Please see the Asset Tracker documentation for more information on functionality. Have you installed the LTE Link Monitor? Also available via nRF Connect for Desktop. When installed, please connect the board provide the output from screen.
