How to define RX and TX pin number for D52QPMM4IA-TRAY module?

Here S332 -ble_ant_app_hrm  file is modified using supported board pca10040 (nrf52832).

There is in pca10040.h file,RX pin number & TX pin number predefined.

And we use D52QPMM4IA-TRAY  module ,then can we kept this same pins for UART communication?
