AD6 and AD4 didicated to USB D+ D-

Dear All,

On the NRF52840 AD6 and AD4 are for USB D+ and D-, in the case I have no need to route USB signal can I use these 2 lines for General Purpose I/O especially high speed like PWM ?

Nope - these pins are USB use only. They don't get a GPIO number assigned like other I/O pins.
