Is there any example of a CTS(Current Time Service 0x1805) service on NRF52832,not CTS_C example.

No, we do not have any such examples, so you have to implement it yourself. There are many threads discussing this on DevZone though, so you should find lots of inspiration there. You can also refer to this unofficial example on GitHub.
