Read chapter 4.2 Memory in the nRF52840 Product Specification. Have you read that, and not satisfied? If so, what specifically do you need more information about?

Yes, I've read it before. However, I'm just unsure about the type of the RAM you're using. Does this constitute an LPDDR RAM, SRAM or another type of RAM ??

SRAM is the type used in the nrf52840.
