Temperature sensor in nrf52840

I want to write a c code to display temperature sensor data which is inbuilt in the nrf52840. I am using segger embedded studio. Can I get some reference code which could help me. There were a few cases I have seen but it was of not much help.

Hi, I have a doubt, the internal sensor of the nRF52840 measures the chip temperature but if I need to measure external temperature which sensors would you recommend that it be compatible with the board?
