Hi,
I just started experiencing a weird failure in 2 of my nRF9160 devices. I am running modem FW v1.0.0 and nRF Connect SDK v1.0.0. The devices have been working fine, then all of sudden they started reporting "bsd irrecoverable error: 3". I have seen this on 2 of my devices so far. I tried erasing the flash and re-programming both the application and modem FW but the error remained. I have the exact same binaries running on a 3rd device that shows no sign of the error.

I then tried updating the modem FW on one of the devices to v1.0.1. This fixed the issue and the device is functioning properly again.
I kept the other problem device at modem FW v1.0.0 so I can keep debugging the issue to find the problem. I need to know what the issue is and if modem FW v1.0.1 is a true fix. I have zero confidence going forward if my devices will eventually stop working in the field. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I still have one device experiencing the issue for debugging purposes.
