Multiple Product End Product Listing (Same Microcontroller)

I am working on a line of products that use the same Microcontroller and softdevice so the same QDID. Most of them work with a module and one has the same chip mounted directly on the PCB due to space constraints. I understand that I have to do separate RF-PHY tests for the different forms (Module and QFN board). 

All these products perform supporting functions but have different services and Characteristics. Is it possible to register the set of products under one end product listing?
