How many tur on/off  supports the NRF51822... ??? (Hard turn off. cutting off the current)

There's not a limit to how many times you can hard reset the nRF5 series chips.

And flash writes? 

I mean, i want to write in a flash position a character. Always in the same position. Each time i turn on the MCU (6-7 times a day)
