The nRF51 series is stated to have a minimum flash memory endurance of 20 000 write/erase cycles in the absolute maximum ratings of the product specification. So the chip should be able to take at least 20 000 writes to flash before kicking the bucket. This will equate to ~7 years of 6-7 flash writes a day.
