SEGGER Embedded Studio Activation key

Hi,

Now I installed SEGGER Embedded Studio. But I got a activation key from SEGGER. I put the activation key into the IDE. After the I checked in the path "tools->License Manager", I got the response of "No installed activation", i have attached the image. Please let know, how will I proceed? What is going wrong
