• The chip has the old code, and the chip can run the code

• Is the chip's sdwio and sdwscl pins broken Or something else?

• I can download it using another chip but 

• I use other new chips that I can download but the ones that can't download the code can run the code

• I would like to ask what causes this

Hi baron.

nRFgo Studio is not maintained anymore and it might not be working.

I recommend that you switch to nRF Connect Programmer and nRF5x Command Line Tools.
