Closed previous ticket: Unable to add lte device on nrf cloud

Apologies, I accidentally closed and opened my previous ticket: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/53073/unable-to-add-lte-device-on-nrf-cloud, can I check that it's still being supported?
