Cannot connect to nRF Cloud after device registration.

Hello,

I was working with Asset Tracker sample and tried to add LTE device in Cambridge, UK. It worked, both LED 3 and 4 were blinking and added device to the nRF Cloud as shown in the images below. However, after adding the device, I cannot get network anymore, LED3 blinks but LED4 does not come up. I tried to reset my device through nRF Cloud that removed the device from the cloud but this does not solve the problem.

Can you guide me with this issue?

Hi, If you have deleted your device by using the "Reset a Device" card under the account view, you also need to provision new certificates onto your device. Hi, I generated certificate following the link provided. When typing AT+CFUN=4, I get timed out error. Modem is not able to go in offline mode.

I am running asset tracker sample on the board. I also set CONFIG_AT_CMD_RESPONSE_MAX_LEN=3072 to prj.conf of asset tracker sample. Moreover, I tried at_client sample as well but faced with the same issue. 

I am trying these samples in Hoddesdon town and we do not have LTE-M coverage here. Do I need LTE-M coverage to provision new certificate?

Hi, I am now able to provision a new certificate. I just restarted the board and it worked. I would still like to know about this timed out error.

Regarding the AT command timeout, how can it be reproduced? What steps did you take to get your device into this state?
