hello , I wonder whether there's a provided coding example for nRF51822 Bluetooth connection and sending with Android phone. The platform is Android Studio in java.

I'd recommend you to start with the Android nRF Blinky app available on our GitHub page https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-nRF-Blinky This is app should be compatible with the Experimental: BLE Blinky Application in nRF SDK version 12.3.0.
