nRF connect desktop tools fail after Windows hibernate

The nRF desktop tools are great but all have an irritating bug. I typically hibernate my PC at the end of the day to take it home. When I restart the next day, the windows for apps such as Programmer and LTE Link Monitor are blank. I have to shut them down and restart to get a functional tool again. Not a huge problem, but an irritation.

The PC is running Windows 10 v1803.  nRF tools are the latest version. Tool launcher is v3.2.0 which interestingly, does not have this problem.

Hi! I haven't heard any news, but I can ask the developer for a status update on the issue.

There is no update from this, other than that it is related to low-level libraries which we cannot easily influence.
