Hi
The OnePlus 6 is the only phone we've tested and confirmed the BLE Long Range with, see this case, and follow my colleague Vidar's links. Although now there are multiple phones supporting this feature, including newer versions of the OnePlus phones, Samsung S8 and newer, and reportedly the newer versions of Huawei flagship models. We don't have any specific recommendations on what phone to use, so that's basically up to your preference (and budget).
Best regards,
Simon

Hi
The nRFConnect app for Android supports Coded PHY as long as the phone is Long Range capable. Another phone to add to the Coded PHY. Btw, you can check if your phone supports Coded_PHY within the nRFConnect app as well. Swipe left and press "Device Information, and you should get to a window where your phone's Bluetooth capabilities, etc. As you can see in the screenshot, the Nokia 8.1 should support coded PHY as well.
Best regards,
Simon
Hi Simon,
Thanks for your answer
How can I know what the PHY (LE 1M,2M or coded) is operated at the time ? How can we check on nRFConnect app ?
