Can nRF52 DK be used to flash/program nRF52840 based BLE Modules?

Hi Team

We are able to flash nRF52840 based LE Module using nRF52840 DK successfully.

But we would like to know if nRF52 DK also can be used to flash/program this nRF52840 based Module ?

Hi,

Yes, the nRF52 DK can be used to program and debug any nRF52 chip, regardless of if it is in a module or not. You do this by connecting the external device to the debug out put port on the DK. Remember to ground the GND detect, since this is used to signal to the onboard debugger that it should use the debug out port instead of interfacing the onboard nRF52840 chip.
