Current consumption Power saving mode (PSM)

I use the Firmware «AT host sample» on Thingy91. Then I connect to Swisscom network on band 20. The current consumption is about 3.5mA. Then I send AT+CFUN=0 or AT+CFUN=4 for the offline mode, the current goes down to about 1.2 mA. This current is too high, in the datasheet of the nRF9160 is noted 4uA (4 μA).
