Bletooth 5 communication

Hi ,

I am under starting about bluetooth

For bluetooth 5 is support 1M, 2M and LE coded PHY

If I have devices as below

1. Bluetooth device side0 (support 1M, 2M and LE coded PHY)  <------------Communication-------------> Mobile side1 (support 1M PHY) 

2. Bluetooth device side0 (support 1M, 2M and LE coded PHY)  <------------Communication-------------> Mobile side2 (support 2M PHY) 

3. Bluetooth device side0 (support 1M, 2M and LE coded PHY)  <------------Communication-------------> Mobile side3 (support 1M, 2M and LE coded PHY) 

QA 1:

After the Bluetooth device side0 communicated with mobile side 1(1M PHY), Can the mobile side 2 (2M PHY) or the mobile side 3 (LE coded PHY) communicate with Bluetooth device side0 immediately ?
Does Bluetooth device side0 switch 1M PHY to 2M or LE coded automatically ?

QA 2:

What the PHY that the Bluetooth device side0 communicate with mobile side3 at the time, How can I know?

Hi. 

Q1: 

Yes, If your device supports 1M, 2M and Coded Phy, your device will be able to communicate with all the mobile devices. 

Q2: 

The default PHY is the same as the PHY you use to advertise with. In other words, the central will send the connection request with the same PHY used for the connectable advertisement packet. If the central support 2M PHY, it may choose to request a PHY change after the connection has been established, which will be accepted if you reply with AUTO.
