BLE_APP_UART SDK15.3.0 Customboard Testing.. reset

I'm testing with a Custom board using a nrf52832 chip.

Testing BLE communication using nRF Tool Box.

I am using SDK15.3.0 example for communication using nRF Toolbox and BLE.

However, if the USB cable is removed by supplying power to the lithium battery, the BLE cannot be used.

Does the example of BLE APP Uart include the ability to detect USB cables?

Or is there anything to check in the initialization section?
