Is pps out from gps connected to cpu

I wonder if there are any PPS signal from gps part to the cpu, preferable some kind of timer input or interupt port so it is possible ta make absolute timestamps with fractions of second?

I am afraid we do not have that, at least not for the time being. You would need to use a timer in the application, and use NTP (accuracy ~100 ms) or LTE network time data (accuracy ~1 second) for getting wall time.
