Merge bootloader + software Device + application portions into one hex file

Do you have application for merging bootloader + software Device + application  into 1 hex file?

Download the nRF Command Line Tools and use the merghex tool to merge the files. Look at chapter 3 in the nRF5x Command Line Tools User Guide for instructions how to use it.

I have issue when programming.

ERROR: JLinkARM DLL reported an error. Try again. If error condition
ERROR: persists, run the same command again with argument --log, contact Nordic
ERROR: Semiconductor and provide the generated log.log file to them.

Try running the same command again, with --log at the end. Then upload the log in this ticket and I will take a look at it.
